ENROLMENTS FOR KINDERGARTEN
ADMISSION TO KINDERGARTEN
- They are five years of age; or
- They will have reached five years of age no later than February 28th in that same year.
After an offer is received, Kindergarten parents and children are invited to attend an Orientation Day during Term Four. An outline of the day will be emailed with your child’s invitation at a date to be advised. Whilst your child is attending the orientation day in Kindergarten, an information session will be provided for parents/carers in the school Library.
ENROLMENTS FOR YEARS 1-6
It is important that all necessary information is supplied to avoid delays following receipt of any Application for enrolment at Sacred Heart Primary School. The most important document is your child’s Birth Certificate. Applications will not be accepted without a Birth Certificate. All Visa documentation must be provided if you or your child were born overseas. (New Zealand citizens excepted)
IMMUNISATION HISTORY STATEMENT FOR SCHOOL ENROLMENT
All parents considering enrolment at Sacred Heart School School must adhere to the following information.
Under the Public Health Act 2010 and the Public Health Regulation 2012, primary schools must request and record the immunisation status of each enrolled child.
The Immunisation History Statement which is issued by the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (ACIR) is required as proof of immunisation status for enrolment at school under the NSW Public Health Act 2010. The Personal Health Record (Blue Book) is not acceptable evidence.
